Joan E. Scholl - Frazee
Joan Scholl - Frazee is a Senior Marine Account Manager at Brown & Brown Flagship, in Norfolk, Virginia, specializing in ocean marine coverages, including shipyards, marine terminals, blue water vessels, tugs and barge operators, as well as yachts over twenty-six feet in length.
