Michelle L. Grose
Michelle Grose is the Commercial Lines Manager for Brown & Brown – Flagship. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to day activities of the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Servicing Departments. She also oversees the Quality Control Program for the office.
Michelle received her Virginia insurance license in 1994. She has held the positions of Account Manager, Claims Administrator and Quality Control Analyst. She has earned the professional designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS). She is currently working toward her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation which is an 8-part program covering various aspects of property and casualty insurance industry.
Michelle resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and two children.
